1) CANCELLING AN ORDER
Clients can cancel an order within 24 hours of the online confirmation of the order. If cancellation is not made within this limit, the client must pay for the goods and shipping expenses, if the order has already been sent.
2) GOODS RETURN
Clients are reminded that, should the goods be returned before being delivered, either because of the impossibility to deliver, or for example a wrong address or inexistent or absent recipient or also the refusal of the recipient, all shipping costs of the failed or unaccepted delivery must be paid by the recipient, together with shipping costs for return of the goods to Gblservice di Paolo Fratini.
3) HOLD AT DEPOT
Holding goods at depot is included in the price for 2 days, to enable clients to pick up their goods at an Italian post office or at the courier’s office chosen by GblService di Paolo Fratini.
If the client fails to pick up their goods, they will remain at the depot, but at a cost of €2 per day for 4 days.
After this period GblService di Paolo Fratini will proceed with the procedure of goods return.
