All clients should carefully read the conditions of sale. Before confirmation of the purchase the client will receive confirmation of the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost if several products are purchased, and the shipping costs.
Confirming the purchase, at the end of the transaction, the client will receive an email containing the number, the date and the total cost of their order.
1) PRICES
Prices are in Euros, net of transport costs, Excluding VAT ( Operation is subject to the tax regime of benefit within the meaning of article 1, paragraphs 96-117, law No. 244/2007 as amended by article 27, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree No. 98/Italian 2011).
2) SHIPPING GUARANTEE
Shipping is our responsibility and if problems arise with the courier or the shipping agent, the client will not bear the consequences of the problem. In order to prevent such issues, the packaging is carried out with great care.

Payment can be made by advance bank draft and PayPal. Clients are kindly reminded that if payment of the invoice is not made within 10 days of the order, the order will be cancelled.

4) DELIVERY
Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and the weight of the order.
-Shipping in Italy : by express courier t of the order.
Delivery Time : within 5-10 days, in all of Italy.

5) GUARANTEE
Gblservice di Paolo Fratini, owned by Mr. Paolo Fratini, owner of the brand name MagicMag, guarantees the quality of his products, which have all been checked at production.
We design and import all our products.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of goods, only to be borne by the customer and only in original intact packaging. If the goods do not match these requirements, the return will not be accepted.
6) CANCELLING AN ORDER
Clients can cancel an order within 24 hours of the online confirmation of the order. If cancellation is not made within this limit, the client must pay for the goods and shipping expenses, if the order has already been sent.
7) GOODS RETURN
Clients are reminded that, should the goods be returned before being delivered, either because of the impossibility to deliver, or for example a wrong address or inexistent or absent recipient or also the refusal of the recipient, all shipping costs of the failed or unaccepted delivery must be paid by the recipient, together with shipping costs for return of the goods to Gblservice di Paolo Fratini.
8) HOLD AT DEPOT
Holding goods at depot is included in the price for 2 days, to enable clients to pick up their goods at an Italian post office or at the courier’s office chosen by GblService di Paolo Fratini.
If the client fails to pick up their goods, they will remain at the depot, but at a cost of €2 per day for 4 days.
After this period GblService di Paolo Fratini will proceed with the procedure of goods return.
